We are musicians with a common bond: love for music, specifically Jazz standards. So that’s what we do: play our hearts out for the love of music and love to entertain. Our sound encompasses a variety of jazz styles, pop and Motown, always with our own twist and flair.
Melissa, a graduate in Music Education from Ashland University, has delighted in sharing music with audiences for over 20 years. She believes in the power of music to reach the hearts of people of all ages.
Over a period of eight years, she studied under Stephanie Sikora and has since interwoven classical techniques into the various genres she performs. A five year run with the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus allowed her to train her voice further and perform with world-renowned musicians and vocalists.
Her roots began in musical theater which taught her showmanship and led her to discover jazz music. Studying vocal greats and performing jazz with wonderful musicians over the years has allowed her to flourish as a performer. She looks forward to continuing her development and sharing her passion with others.
